Most unprofessional service I ever had. I gave my deposit and paid for the rental only to have them call me multiple times the next day (day of the event) to tell me to return it because someone was coming from Toronto who needed it.
Piece of Advice: if ur renting a mascot make sure to tell them it's for a children's party or they'll give u a hard time otherwise.
