Dealfind $39.00 for Hilites & Cut....... not a deal! There is 1 person who seems to own the salon. She has a junior lady who is learning do your hair. Believe me it is definitely not worth $100.00, not even worth the $39.00.
The owner has to mix up the die for the ,what I would call the student. The student is very slow and her inexperience really shows. You can just tell by the way someone... more
