Excellent Service
I receive the best service and it is so relaxing.

... at the Hair Factory. Great group of people that cater to you and take there time with you. If your looking for a relaxed, trendy, salon with excellent stylists go there! I love it, the extra small cost for a guys cut is so worth it for the service.

The underground spa charges high prices for their massages, and they do not make it clear that their massage therapists are not registered. My neck is still in pain, and I can not claim the massage under my health plan. Also, I wasn't satisfied with the response when I called to make a complaint.
