Excellent Results
I had the pleasure of going through an assessment with Matthew Quattrociocchi of The Foot Company last February and then getting my orthotic devices shortly thereafter. About five months have passed since then, and I can honestly vouch for the positive changes that he had promised. I was a skeptic at first; however, what he had to say made far too much sense.
By improving my mechanical inefficiencies resulting from structural anomalies in my right foot, I have noted the disappearance of major calluses (medial aspect of my big toe, and under my second metatarsal head) and decreased irritation/discomfort in my right hip. Walking and running also feel far more effortless, and this is important for me because I am on my feet for a good portion of the day. The improvements that Mr. Quattrociocchi delivered have changed my perspective on orthotic devices (properly made, of course).
I believe that Mr. Quattrociocchi is a highly skilled pedorthist and a great person. If you are considering orthotics, I would highly suggest his services. I have absolutely NO hesitation in referring anyone to Mr. Quattrociocchi of The Foot Comapany.

I am indebted to The Foot Company (and Matthew Quattrociocchi). Pain with my feet after months of distance running resulted in a visit and an illuminating conclusion-- I had been ill-advised in regards to what footwear to wear for my high-arched feet. Thankfully, The Foot Company created impressive custom orthotics for me and they have helped me immensely. And, I greatly appreciated the counsel and education received in regards to foot mechanics and proper footwear. It is clearly evident that Matthew Quattrociocchi is passionate and knowledgeable about the assist he provides. I strongly recommend all to visit this most impressive Canadian Certified Pedorthist.
Problem Solved
I had been suffering from shin splints since I ran the Boston Marathon in 2010. My running has been very limited and I had not been able to completely rid myself of the recurring swelling and pain. I saw Matthew about 3 weeks ago. He did a very thorough exam and has been able to solve my problem. He provided information to me that other "sports therapist" had not. I am now running pain free and the swelling is almost completely gone. I am looking forward to getting back into training and running my first race this upcoming season. All thanks to Matt.
