I have only been to The Fifth once, but it was a really good night! The music was great, the people were friendly (but not overly friendly) and the atmosphere is amazing. Cover isn't too bad, and it is a good sized club. I would recommend it anytime!
The Fifth Social Club (formerly Easy & The Fifth) is part of the same family of venues at Duncan and Richmond street that also includes Cabin Five and The Fifth Grill.
The cover price is $15 for everyone, not like other club they free for girls before 12am. Nice place but it's wet everywhere, from the bar to the dance floor. They don't have coat check too. I was like WTH? Probably it's summer time so they don't have it.However, their washroom is lovely and the drink is cheap. The music is ok, I think people who love Hip hop gonna love it
Nice ambiance to start off the night, just go before 11 or otherwise you'd have to wait since its packed to capacity. During the day it's a nice quaint little cafe bistro place, at night it turns into a nightclub featuring hip hop and modern music. Drinks prices there are fairly reasonable for downtown Toronto.
Went on a Friday night. Asian night, like 90% of the people were Asian. Which was interesting and ridiculously fun.
Music was horrible, but I hate top 40 and hip hop and all that so yeah, not my thing I barely remember what I was dancing to.
Drinks were cheap - bottles of Heineken $5 bucks? Pretty good for a club...
Bouncers were super sweet and the crowd was actually respectful and no one... more
