“Weekend getaway for the family”
February 24, 2013We had a great weekend in Winnipeg! We stayed at the Fairmont for two nights, which was nice and close to The Forks and the Museum--our two main destinations. While cold & blustery outside, our room was nice and cozy and the beds were wonderfully warm and comfortable. Our 6 & 8 years old children very much enjoyed the pool and I loved the Keurig coffee maker and robes in our room. Very pleasant... more

“Beautiful atmosphere”
February 24, 2013Overall my experience was wonderful. The only downfall was when I made my reservation - 2 months in advance - I made it for a King Size bed, and upon check in, was given a room with 2 doubles. When I asked I was told all Kings were booked. However the staff was wonderful, and when I had to check out early, very accomadating. Beautiful lobby and beautiful WC!
