“Welcoming??”
May 11, 2013Housekeeping staff very friendly and welcoming. Staff at check-in not so much. No welcoming. Continued to look down at her computer as I was waiting to check in. I was away from desk for about 10 minutes and the same girl who checked me in did not even recognize me when I returned.
