Great for special occasions!
June 12, 2013The Doctor's House is very nice for celebrating a special occasion like birthdays, anniversaries, etc. We sat in the dining room near the fireplace and the ambience was nice. The service was great and the food was spectacular. Our food came quickly enough and our water glass was always being filled up during dinner which was appreciated. I would definitely come again!

June 12, 2013Quality of food was good. Presentationand flavor was good. My first choice for my entree was already sold out even though it was only 6 pm. Ditto for my choice of desert. Noice level was quite high considering the type of restaurant due to a private party and small children running around and yelling

Wonderful service, ambiance, outdoor fireplace. Hostess welcomed us and felt immediately welcome.
Antipasto was delicious. Added calamari and it was so salty we could not eat it. After sending it back, the server told us that the chef and 3 other staff tried it and felt that it was not salty. How odd and offensive.
My "seared tuna" came as hard a can of tuna. Felt like it had been sitting...

Located in the picturesque town of Kleinburg, The Doctor's House provides a quaint setting for banquets and dinners. Restored in 1993 to its original design, it was originally constructed in 1867 and for years was home to many local doctors.
