The elegant and tranquil Consulate DIning Lounge is Caledon's premier dining destination. With picturesque vistas surrounding Innis Lake and its romantic fireplace, the Consulate is an unequalled experience for the senses. Average dinenr for 2= $120 with wine

Fantastic Dessert - Burbon Nut Tart

Dinner and service was great at the Consulate Dining Lounge overlooking Innis Lake.

The facility has it's own Pastry Chef Susannah who made now my favorite dessert of all time... a Burbon Nut Tart.

Hope it is on the menu for next month as we will return to this secluded place in Caledon.

From the appetizer to the dessert, everything tasted amazing & freshly... more
