Fantastic Dessert - Burbon Nut Tart
Dinner and service was great at the Consulate Dining Lounge overlooking Innis Lake.
The facility has it's own Pastry Chef Susannah who made now my favorite dessert of all time... a Burbon Nut Tart.
Hope it is on the menu for next month as we will return to this secluded place in Caledon.
Very Disappointed
My wedding day!!! Poor service staff very young wine bottles removed from tables at 10:00pm.Grounds are beautiful but that was it.Worse service,very unorganized and very rude. Serveral people at my wedding dissappointed!! My advice have a wedding reception somewhere else.

I was a little worried about having a nice dinner as part of a banquet hall but I must say I was wrong. Wonderful Anniversary Experience
December 07, 2012My hubby brought me here for a date to celebrate our anniversary and the food was awesome. The waiter was very attentive as the place has so few tables. The night we were there, there was a graduation in the banquet hall section, so we got to watch the entertainment. :-)
