"The smell of fresh chocolate fills the senses" at this "quaint" shop on Roncesvalles, where sweet tooths encounter a "delicious variety" of "fine" bonbons and bars, ice cream and cocoa-covered treats (think chips, orange peel, nuts, etc.); prices are "reasonable", and the "wonderfully enjoyable" staff will gladly help select from the "tantalizing displays" – and even suggest one of their classes.

Amazing ice cream
September 29, 2013We used to live around the corner from the Chocolateria. Some of the employees can be inattentive but the owner is very nice and courteous. He always remembers us even when we're away for extended periods of time. My favourites are the sea turtles and any of the ice cream! It really is the best ice cream in town. Sadly... more

Life is sweet at the Chocolateria, the organic and fair trade chocolate shop on Roncesvalles Avenue with electric blue letters out front. Pop in and treat yourself to some of the many chocolate-dipped treats, like orange peels and caramel turtles, even gluten-free pretzels.
