We are a twist on a European Brasserie, inspired by Chef's rustic, simple and down-to-earth approach to food and cooking.
We are known for our duck, hanger steak, poutines and other hearty, comfort food made with fresh & local ingredients.

Brasserie strikes a fine balance between minimalist hipster decor (dark walls, plain tables, and discretely mounted antlers), delicious interpretations of brasserie classics (heavy in the meat and duck fat end of things), and out there dishes that surprisingly hit the mark (foie gras ice cream sundae anyone?).
Everything I've had here has been delicious, and worth the somewhat hefty price. Fun...

Read about this little place in John Gilcrist's book and knew I had to try it out!! 100% duck fat in their fryers? So I decided to go for my birthday and I made reservations for a Thursday night for four.
