The family-operated Admiral is in a three-story building on the Inner Harbour, near the Port Angeles–bound ferry terminal and close to restaurants and shopping. Older motel, but well kept and managed. Nice room with well equipped kitchenette. Cute balcony with a view. Friendly, helpful staff. Ample free parking.

The room we had was a mini suite with a kitchenette and separate bedroom. It was comfortable enough but there were a couple of issues. The walls are paper thin so you can hear anyone talking at even a normal conversation voice in the room next to you. The A/C in our room didn't work and the hotel couldn't get it fixed for us. This is a really nice, older hotel, located in Victoria's Inner Harbor. It has private parking, which is a plus. Our room (dog-friendly) had a full kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, pots and pans, utensils, coffee-maker. You can't get a better location.
