jeff, totally dissapointed
I purchased a 70in tv and my son purchased a queen mattress and box and a new complete bed. they arrived and brought in the tv and then the box spring of the bed...it would not fit down the stairs. I was then told by the driver that it can be ordered as a split set..another words two pieces that would easily fit downstairs. this was great. as the helper took the box spring back out he threw it onto my front lawn. this I thought was totally unprofessional. they decided not to put the bed together because the box of the bed didn't fit in the room. I see no reason that this should affect weather or not the assemblie of the bed was not done. very poor service. I still ended up going out the next day and picking up the two pc box on sunday and was told that it was an extra 100.00 dollars. good thing I like the tv or it all would have gone back.
Would not recommend Teppermans
About 3 months ago my boyfriend and I purchased a washer and dryer from Teppermans. The very first time we used the dryer, we realized right away that it was taking 3 hours to dry our clothes and there was water leaking out of the door. We right away got in contact with the company who makes it (Samsung)after close to 3 weeks and a lot of fighting on the phone we finally got someone to come out and look at it. To make a long story short, they have been out here 3 times and its still broken. While this was all going on we also made several calls to Teppermans, talk to a couple of managers and Teppermans refuses to refund our money or even exchange the dryer for another one that works. The company sold us a defective dryer and is willing to do nothing about it, and I was actually told by one manager that its not their problem its mine.
