I brought my 2, 8 months old puppies, in to Telafrend to have there hair cut and washed. When I picked them up they had not been cut and the lady told me she couldn't cut them. She still charged me full price and was very rude about it.

The puppies came back shedding more than they ever had and we couldn't believe we payed the full price.
