Reasonable work - job not finished

We have used Ted's services twice in the past. The first time was a very positive experience. The second was less so. Does Ted's Tile do good work? Yes, we believe so (however, we have not used many others so have little to compare against).

The only real problem we have had with Ted's Tile was that the job was never finished. Not only was it not finished but several calls over a period of a few months went unanswered. Given that we paid for the job in full before it was finished (I know, stupid) the fact that the job has not been completed IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

We do believe that Ted's Tile does good, quality work so we will give it 2 stars. But if the job doesn't get fiinished what is that worth????

We will not be using Ted's Tile in the future.
