why is it that every single time i come to this bank, there is a massive line up, but there are always at least 3 workers NOT helping customers..?

In particular, there is always the same late 20's blonde guy hovering around, looking busy, but being completely unproductive. You know the one I'm talking about. Nice dress shirts, shiny pointed leather shoes, spiky hair..? Seriously! Next time... more
