Hidden at the end of a cul-de-sac on the left side, on the ground-level of a commercial building, in the middle of Richmond...is not where I'd expect to find great South Italian cuisine. Finally a lunch spot in east Richmond worth going to!!
When I first started working in the Commerce Parkway area I noticed a small sign for a Taste of Italy on No. 6 Road, but could never figure out where the restaurant was actually located. One day last month, tired of Quiznos and Joy Lunch Station, I decided I'd find out once and for all where they had hidden themselves.
