Dishonourable
I am not a customer and will never be. However, we had a clear legally binding (written in email, yet as binding as any other contract: offer/acceptance/consideration/capacity) deal to purchase an item of their used machinery. Within 24 hours of pickup, they sold to someone else.
While we did incur damages due to their behaviour (purchased materials specifically for this machinery which we now can't use, passing on other deals because we had this purchase lined up, wasted time), it is obviously impractical to sue them, but if the amounts were higher, we would have absolutely brought legal action.
Dishonour in one dealing is likely to lead to dishonour in other dealings. You've been warned.

French country mantel
October 26, 2011I have nothing but good things to say about Tartaruga. From the first consultation to the end of the project we were very happy with the service and, now that we have our beautiful fireplace mantel, we love the end result. I really don't have any comments on how our experience could have been improved. We are now finished our whole renovation and are very happy with everything.
