10 Min = 1 Hr Workout

Move to LIve- Vibration Technology creates the effect of movement and resistance. Depending of the speed T-Zone will create different effects. Low speeds allow for movement within your structure, bones, joints, and spine. Mid range speeds stimulate stronger muscle contrations which strengthen and tone muscles this effect also stimulates metabolizm to burn fat fast. (The reason it is said that `10 min= 1Hr workout`is because the amount of muscular contraction that occur within 10 would talk far more than an hour with convention exercise considering that muscles are stimulated at the rate of 900-3900 times per minute).
