Poor Warranty Service

Its next to impossible to get any quality warranty work done at T & T Honda. Usually they can't find the problem. If they can, they will come up with some excuse as to why its not covered. I've only had 2 issues in the 3 years I have had my Honda. Both of which should have definitely been covered under warranty. T & T was useless on both issues. One was too minor to be covered, even though Honda Canada has told me it should be covered no matter how minor. The second issue, they told me was fixed, however the problem was not fixed. I don't believe they even did anything to do. I would never deal with T & T Honda again.
