Former Employee warns of danger

I used to work at this cafe and the things I witnessed were appaling. Just a few examples of the atrocities that I witnessed include; milk resteamed for an entire day and left out between use, I was told to pick up and use meat that had been dropped on the floor, leftover portions of smoothies (ex. raspberry) would be reused in other smoothies (ex. strawberry). These examples just begin to touch the surface of the things I witnessed while I worked there. The only thing that keeps this cafe open is its amazing location and a fresh crop of new students each year. I doubt that the Symposium has very many repeat customers. And although not relavent to the quality of food or service, I would like to add that the owner is an a-hole (hence the average one month turnover rate for employees).
