was very slow service and i waited about 40 min for may meal the place empty i was the only customer in restaurant so whats w swiss shalet thats not the first loc most of them are geting bad i use to like it .

Horrible, will never go there again. The waitress took a day and a half and the hostess had to mainly take our drinks and even order. Who ever the mean and unproffesional lady was in all black needs to retire because she clearly hates her job. food was cold and came in 30 min later . I would have had better cleaner service at McDonalds.
