The delivery process is terrible with hard to understand foreign operators, delivery always takes an hour and a half and when it arrives the bag is so steamy the french fry box falls apart, the fries always tiny scraps, they've forgot my coleslaw the last 3 times, and overpriced. Dont reccomend delivery, take out only.

I've always loved the food but unfortunately the service left something to be desired. Before my appetizer was finished, my meal was placed in front of me. Before I was done my meal, my finger bowls were taken away. I felt I was being rushed out of the restaurant and did not enjoy eating my meal there.

While the servers are very pleasant and will make you so comfortable, the order took close to an hour when sitting in house. The steak which was ordered medium rare came out more than well done, and the bread buns were like bricks. The sauces were cold, and portions small.
