I recently went to the Guelph Swiss Chalet and was pleasantly surprised on the size of the portions we got compared to Brantford......when u ask for a salad u get a good bowl full of
salad and for some reason the chicken was larger then you receive in Brantford..... will go

Very good food, noisy restaurant

Loved the chicken and the fresh cut fries, the sauce is great.
Food consistently good.
This restaurant was always noisy, so it's best to go 'off' meal times if you want to have a conversation.

It's going downhill
April 17, 2014This restaurant is slowly going downhill. I think it's an outrage that the paying customer can't have simple things without being charged. I honestly doubt it hurts to give two chalet dressings. Also, the chicken is often quite dry. It's a shame what used to be a great restaurant turned into this.
