I concur with everything Joseph H. has to say, but I think it's worth mentioning that this place only accepts cash. Also, there's not a lick of English anywhere inside, which can make ordering difficult for non-Chinese speakers. But don't be discouraged from visiting, because the dumplings are definitely worth it.
