Wheel installation and balancing
April 05, 2011What a bunch of clowns. They installed my new summer tires in Oct 2010. I took them off two weeks later to put my winter tires on. I broke a stud when removing one of the lugs. I took my car in and they replaced the stud and lug after I complained that they over torqued them. They said they were doing it as a courtesy but they were not at fault. They stated that they always use a torque wrench... more
