Worst customer service ever. Driver's licence is not an "official" ID for them... Does not make any sense... more

I've bought my car insurance here for 3 years in a row. They're very friendly and helpful and, while they suggest/explain upgrade options, they're low-pressure so you don't feel bad declining them if you so choose. The wait times can be a bit long if there's a line (they're a small operation and these things take time) so if there's more than a couple people ahead of you, just go do some... more

I've used these folks for several years and been impressed with their knowledge and professionalism every time. They've done a great job of answering questions, explaining the various options, and helping me get the lowest rate.
