Sushi Village is still my favorite place to eat in Whistler. Great food and great ambiance!
I have eaten sushi all over the world and Sushi Village is still the best. The ambience is casual and the staff is fun!
I found this place using the weblocal iPhone app looking for some sushi around me...
WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DISCOVERY!
The restaurant was full and I had the pleasure of dinning at the Sushi Bar and being served by Nestor and his team. WOW! I had the Super Hiro, Volcano, and highly recommend the Rainbow. Its a party of melt in your mouth Sushi experience. BEST I EVER HAD!
I now have a new NUMBER ONE for Sushi and its Sushi Village in Whistler. Looking forward to coming back. Cheers!

Mikitosan’s legendary integrity for freshest fish, well-made rolls and a light hand with tempura and other hot dishes shows in reasonably priced Party Dinner (minimum four persons, $25.95 each) that covers the waterfront: miso soup, green salad with baby shrimp, appetizer tempura, seafood gyoza, assorted sushi, chicken karaage, and ice cream. This is one of the places that you have to go in whistler. The sushi is very tasty, they're a block from the mountain, and for over a decade I've had uniformly great meals here.
I don't care what is said by others... SV is amazing! Our favs tonight: spicy agedashi tofu, crab salad, tuna sashimi (it's just a better grade), chopped scallop nigiri.... All so good!
Here the atmosphere is one of the most famous in town. With its famous sake margaritas it's difficult not to attract a lively and eclectic crowd. In addition to the wide variety of sushi specialties, you can also choose from the chicken Teriyaki dishes as well as hot pots. Also, with its close proximity to the best ski runs and hotels, you'll never be far from anywhere you need to go.
Craving sushi after a day on the slopes? Sushi Village serves up impeccably fresh sashimi, sushi, maki platters and tofu. If you are looking for something a bit more substantial try their hearty noodle soups or teriyaki dishes. If you want an authentic dining experience, ask to eat in one of the semi-private tatami rooms, or at the sushi bar. Smart-casual attire. Reservations accepted for groups.
