Sure print in cochrane has lazy staff with bad manners
April 02, 2011I brought a file in to have printed and it was like pulling teeth dealing with these people. Are they just incredibly lazy? They were literally complaining about how much of a hassle it would be to print my stuff. Hello! Aren't you a print shop? Also, aren't I paying you to do this printing? So ridiculous. Sure print in cochrane dosn't quote accurately
September 28, 2010When I was asking for a quote they told me one price and said to email them the file for a quote. they then called and said the order was ready without giving me a quote if it was higher. sure enough the price was twice as much and I didn't even get to select the paper choice.
