Supperworks is a fantastic concept. I wish I though of it myself.

There are two ways to use this service. The first, is ordering pre-organized meals that they have prepped for you. Then, during the week you follow their directions (which are as easy as "cook pasta from bag 1 with sauce from bag 2") and have quick, healthy, home cooked meals already planned out for you and ready to go.

First time checking this place out today. Love the concept. Basically the company does all the prep for you, you just put the meals together. No cooking involved. Instructions are easy to follow and well everything is right there for you. We were able to make 9 entrees in about 1 hr, which should last my wife and I for a month worth of weekday meals.
