Poor quality control
August 09, 2011I brought my car in for front end damage to the bumper. First time we went to pick it up, we noticed some very ugly ridges around the edge of the new bumper - from where the plastic was molded. When we commented on it and said it looked like a cheap aftermarket bumper, they tried to tell us that all bumpers have those marks (not true). Break in
February 28, 2011I took my car to be fixed after being broke into, and the work was very poor. My passenger seatbelt was completely frozen and would not work, a friend at the time tried to fix it and discovered all the glass from the window that was broken was not even cleaned up but just left in the plastic inside part of my car. The so called work took longer than quoted, very disappointed.
