Suntricity provided a written quote late summer and when a better explanation was provided on actual service required, given other work provided by another contractor greatly lessened their actual work, the quote was verbally lowered to be, "way less", but after the service that was forgotten ! The sales person I spoke to then no longer worked for Suntricity and I had to settle for a very minor adjustment. We paid our bill in full at that time. Still, we discovered the work wasn't completed of a safety nature and after writing e-mails and leaving messages on the Owner's phone extension, which was ignored and necessitated another call, the work was completed. Over a month later the work was finally done and a, "sorry for all the screw ups", was the response from the Owner. Lessens learned : get verbal assurances in writing on quote and watch everything done so you can confirm before they disappear that it's done. You Pay a lot of money to get something done by an industry, ”expert “ and have to hope they finished the job. Lack of communication on their part seemed to be the underlying theme. We are completely renovating our kitchen right now. Guess who’s not doing our electrical work!
