Avoid this mover!
Owner of this company was very rude and unprofessional when she was informed of damages her movers caused....she has very poor customer service skills. When the movers were informed of damages to the furniture, they lied and said the furniture was like that before. The furniture that was damaged was a recently purchased item, bought 2 months prior, and was in mint condition... Then i got attitude both from both the mover and the business owner over the phone. She took $200 off the price and basically I got a number to call to fix the furniture. I did not appreciate the way I was treated! Very unprofessional! The move took 10 hours which was a bit rediculous, we had taken apart most of the big furniture and I have moved a few other times and had more furniture in the past and it never took this long. I definitely do not recommend using this company. Go with a more expensive company, you will save more money and headaches in the end and maybe deal with someone who has customer service skills.
Very disappointed and Regretful of choosing this company
I was told after going over my move needs (I explained thoroughly the items I had (no appliances, etc.) and distance of the move) that it would barely take the minimum 4 hour booking ... it took 8 hours. Not all of my items were actually moved into my new home and I took at least 4 loads of things while they packed the truck. The movers that were sent were amateur/college kids that didn't know how to pack things ... they put all of the boxes in first and left all of the large items/furniture to the end ... which they said would require a second trip = unnecessary and timely. The movers didn't even manage to set up any of the beds or furniture that had been taken apart. The office bickered with me when I questioned the final cost and told me that it was MY fault for the miscalculation of time and amount of things to move. The previously kind voice on the end of the phone turned accusing and belittling.
This experience was horrendous and I would suggest if anyone is considering using this company that they THINK AGAIN! Moving is stressful enough without this added aggravation and cost!
