Guarantee advertised but not honoured

Paid for high end tint, but it had a couple imperfections. Creased in one area and lint under tint in the other. Brought it back after one week to let any water work itsef out. The guy said its normal to have imperfections and he refused to fix his shotty work, even though he offers a lifetime warranty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
