Fixed Income Seniors Treated Poorly

We've used Sullivans for years - felt it was important to support local business. My father (senior) went to pick up my sick mother's meds and was charged when he shouldn't have been. The pharmacy girl was getting the issue fixed (via fax to Dr.), and when my father went in to collect the money he was owed, he was basically told "too bad - you get nothing". I posted on Facebook about this outrage - Peter Sullivan was VERY rude; then said he was going to look after it. Instead, he complained to Facebook to have the post removed and blocked me so he could avoid responding, and worse, paying back my father.
