I bought a voucher online for a haircut, style, mani/pedi package, and booked the appointment 2 months in advance. I might have had the same stylist as the previous review, and had a terrible experience as well. Their website made me expect a different kind of atmosphere, it wasn't welcoming at all and my cut was very rushed. I'm not usually picky about haircuts (hence the voucher), but I guess... more
