Stale buns

Tuesday, Oct 25 at 630pm Ordered a sandwich on whole wheat bun....which I always do...first time to this Subway location.....the buns was tough and h@!%!*n the outside and the inside was dry and the edges were tough and dried out.....ruined my meal....will never return...shouldn't someone handling buns all day realize that this one was past its prime!?!?!?
