Lousy Customer Service
We will not be going back to Studio Trendz. The customer service was extremely poor. We had called the day before and changed our appointment to a later time. When we showed up our appointment hadn't been changed and the lady argued with us and kept saying "no" she even said she didn't believe that we called and then brushed it off because she didn't know who was working when we called. She was completely rude and just kept making excuses rather than just admitting that someone made a mistake and apologizing. They had already taken another client, we would have had to wait for another time no matter what, but it would have gone a long way for this lady to not ARGUE and be completely rude to us. I would never go back, and will tell everyone I know about the bad customer service we received.
