Are You Kidding Me?

Deal Find for $29 bucks was way too much for this place. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen!

We had an appointment for 10am and we get there and they tell us they can't get it in as they just hired some new people. We told them we had another coupon and another car and then they tell us if we can leave it with them all day they will get it done.
Well, we make arrangements for a friend to drop my wife off and take our kids and pick up the vehicle at the end of the day which is 5pm after our 10am appointment didn't suffice.

My wife phones at 4:30pm to see how the car is and it is just going in now! They close at 5pm and they say they will work extra to get it done. We ask them to leave the keys in it and park it outside and we will pick it up after hours due to the fact we have 2 small children and no way of getting to the facility until I get home from work which is after 6pm.

We have dinner, pack up the kids in the other vehicle to pick up the new detailed car and we get there and they LOCKED the car in their garage and we have no access to it! After we made special arrangements to pick it up after hours! No phone calls, no apologies, nothing but a bunch of douche bags working in a makeshift garage.

We finally got the car and they misplaced one of my winter floor mats and did a horrible job of detailing. Detailing isn't just washing the car and giving a quick vacuum? Is it? Where is the promised shampoo and window cleaning?

We have another coupon from Deal Find that I will gladly give someone for free, on the other hand I wouldn't give it to my own worst enemy as this place is a complete waste of time.

Please don't waste your time at Studio City Fine Cars as their slogan should say....."Studio City Fine Cars, a fine place to waste your time and money!"

Rude, Belligerent, Appalling, these are all words that describe the douche bags running this business!
