I have had the same experience as the others have complained about. We started renting in October 2013 at a rate of $135 and be May the raised the amount to $189.00. They clearly get you in there by quoting a lower rate and then hope that by the time you have all your stuff in the locker you can't be bothered to move when they raise the rate.

Update: The company rep had just "responded" to my review but it was nothing but a cookie cutter one (as few others the same one). I don't think they really understand nor care their customers' frustration but rather blaming us.
