All we can say is, "Get it in writing!"Buyer beware. You pay, you sign, then they phone you and hound you for months after the sale telling you that you owe them more money. Oh yes, and the goodies they promised you to get the sale, they state those were taken out during the final pencil sharpening. Except nobody told you they were removed from final sale.
