Get ready for a take home container!
the food here is phpenomenal, which is why you won't be surprised to contend with a bit of a line up. It all works though, adding to the vibe of this bustling cafe that offers giant sandwiches, crepes, brunch food and soups that will feed your belly and your soul :)
Kerr St. is a bit of an underdog in an otherwise pretty sanitized, upscale Oakville. It works though. Here's this unremarkable looking restaurant from the outside, on an unremarkable looking street and you go inside and "poof" you feel like you've been teleported to a New York or Montreal Deli. People are everywhere, ordering their food, waiting for a table or eating - and yet it all flows.
I went today with my partner and another couple and we didn't feel rushed at all. What we did feel, after the experience was full. The food was phenomenal, but despite my best effort I couldn't finish my meal (I actually ate 1/2). Suffice it to say, dinner is going to be easy and enjoyable tonight ;) Chicken and asparagus stuffed crepe with mushroom sauce. yum.

This placed failed me again!! Idk I used to like this place but not anymore!! Maybe the cook changed or something nothing taste like before!

We had the margherita pizza, alsacian chicken sandwich and the clam chowder. Everything was delicious and big portions. It was a bit pricey and the cafe Americano was only so-so but it's a nice ambience and overall a good experience

Impressive. The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious... best of the three sandwiches we ordered, the other two were the blackened chicken and roasted lamb. The other two were great, especially the blackened chicken but the grilled chicken won me over. I was saddened to find out the Sunday Brunch items are only available on Sunday during brunch... which is obvious but still sad... :p ... but i... more
