This is yet another pub in the Strathcona Hotel -- but the Wicket is a standout. The beautiful wood interior -- including dividers, glass, and a long teak bar -- spent many years in Dublin before being shipped here to Victoria, making it about as original an Irish bar as you're likely to find. Elevators can whip you from deepest Dublin up three floors to the mini-Malibu on the outdoor patio... more

Victoria's British roots are in evidence at The Sticky Wicket. The wood interiors and antique glass showcase cricket and sport themed rooms, including a game room with darts. Guinness and microbrews are on tap, along with traditional pub fare. And a more surprising offering – the Rooftop Patio (yes, on the roof) with beach volleyball!
