Excellent Sales & Service

I cannot say enough good things about Sterling's sales and service. I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from them last year. The installers were professional, clean and explained every step to me. After the install, was complete they went over how to use everything and helped me set up my thermostat.
I was so happy with the work they did for me, that I called them when I was looking for a new water softner and water filtration system.
I have recommended Sterling to all my friends and family. If you need plumbing or heating, give them a call!

I would not recomend these installers to anyone

I would be happy to tell you my poor experience and the numerous times I had to have them back to. Salesman was nice - but all I ask for is a working furnace and fireplace that I paid for. I spent allot of time calling them back to finish the sloppy install.
