Okay
sometimes the staff is helpful. sometimes its a burden to answer questions. however they have a large range of things. but you can usually get them cheaper somewheres else.
Friendly staff, good price matching policy.
I went in with a printout of a FutureShop sale item and they matched the price for me. Other stores I had been to said either FutureShop is too far away or the item had to be in their paper flyer in order to be matched. Very happy with the results.
Don't buy computers or get them fixed there
Got a computer.Never worked from the start. Staples refused to exchange. Wasting your time buying a computer there.Just a headache.
Staples says they "fix computers". Only problem is they didn't finish the sentence. They fix computers but not correctly.
Go somewhere else.
