We have found the staff informative

and helpful when dealing with computer and wireless issues. Their phone system is a bit of a DRAG. Their in store service is excellent, this store is always busy, which is good indicator of the staff and their knowledge.... more

If you try calling them, they will put you on hold and the system will hang up on you. Total waiste of time.
