Bad service and worse odor

The emloyee sent to take care of an issue I am having with my water heater was in my apartment for all of 30 minutes doing absolutely nothing. The problem he claimed was "fixed" hasn't changed, nor did he do anything that hadn't been tried (as I had already told him). But the worst part of the service was the stench he left behind. I understand that plumbing is not the cleanest profession but it is a service nontheless. To come into someone's home smelling like they haven't showered in weeks and just smoked a pack outside my door is disrespectful of the customer. I had to have all of my bedding and curtains cleaned and furniture steam cleaned from the room he was working in because a day later the smell was still lingering.
Very, very poor service.
