I must say, as a first time St. Louis customer I was completely satisfied with the service and great food. Friends of mine always brag about this place which finally led me to pay a visit. This place has the worst service. I was there with 3 of my friends. We were told to seat ourselves, so we did . We chose to sit on the upper level of the restaurant. There was one other patron at the bar and 3 waitresses. After being seated for 10 minutes without anyone even making eye contact with our table, we waived a waitress over . She was standing at the bar speaking to another waitress.... more
