I love the fact that I can take my kids here and plop them in front of a computer. We go to the kids section and pick out books and usually come out of there with some sort of Thomas the Train or Barbie DVD.
My 5 year old has recently taken to choosing music to sing to. The Frozen soundtrack is definitely part of our repertoire.

LOVE love LOVE this library!
For a small town library, it totally rocks! The kids area is great - complete with a Arthurian tent to phone a mystery phone recording on, a wooden bus you can sit on with your kids, and plenty of natural light.
They have a phenomenal summer reading program for kiddos!

I really enjoy this library. It's very user friendly, has a decent multi media section and is really close to my condo so it's easy access. Coming from Vancouver I am a little surprised that I had to pay an annual membership of $30. All of this kind of stuff is free but I guess BC'ers also get taxed a lot more to pay for these services.
I will be coming here often and I can't wait to check out... more
