I would not recommend Spy City
Upon calling Spy City we were told they have endless selection of outdoor surveillance cameras. We drove to Spy City the same day only to find out they had only ONE camera. We purchased this camera and upon arriving home noticed two problems with the bill. The item listed on the bill was incorrect thereby charging me for a different model. Drove down to Spy City on their next business day to have these issues rectified. The manager told me he would only give me $20 back to settle things. The model I purchase sells between $95 and $120, they charged me $270. I told them I was going to report the situation to BBB, they told me to go ahead as they are NOT members of the BBB. I left the store in the state as I walked in – a bill that does not match my item purchased and being charged 300% of what the same products sells for at other competitor’s. Based upon our experience I would caution others if you are considering making a purchase from this company

Lousy store with poor customer service. Warning this store does not accept returns even for defective or broken products! Buy at your own risk. Very little selection and overpriced. Definitely go to Circuit City or shop on line for better pricing and product gaurantees.

When I think of Spy City, I conjure up images of night goggles and hidden cameras and other doodads and whatchyamecallits that you typically only see on TV.
